In my personal life I am a dog enthusiast, and love the simple things in life, whether it be some good food, or a cheeky sofa tv binge, or one of my arty hobbies.
As a psychotherapist and counsellor I noticed a gap in the work I do, which has led to the creation of Tranquil Grounding. This holistic work allows me to work with the physical issues as well as the mind, and work with the full person and their healing. The ability to provide people with a safe space in their healing journey means everything to me. I continue to further my knowledge and training on a regular basis.
My ethos is to provide a safe, calm, confidential, friendly, patient and non-judgemental environment where you are able to open up to me about whatever issues you have, and we can work together on making positive changes.
I am qualified clinical reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists and have then gone on to train in Indian head massage, reiki, facial reflexology as well as my other services.
I am also a qualified level 5 Psychotherapist and accredited hypnotherapist, which means I am professionally trained to hear you and provide the care you need.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Rebecca Flatres
